The Law writes off the following arrears:
tax arrears to the State Budget as of January 1, 2011 of Naftohaz Ukrainy National JSC, its affiliated companies "Gaz Ukrainy", "Ukratransgaz", "Ukrgasvydobuvannia", "Chornomornaftogaz" and business entities that supply natural gas according to the regulated tariff;
renegotiated tax and charges rates according to the Law of Ukraine of 23.06.2005 №2711-ІV "On Action for Sustainable Operation of the Fuel and Energy Sector" of the enterprises electrical energy producers;
tax arrears to the State Budget of business entities that supply electrical energy according to the regulated tariff.
